DA claims Farook iPhone might be pathogenic.

I’m trying not to get too fouled up in the Apple/FBI thing. But having read an article by David Kravets for Ars Technica, I can’t resist the assertion apparently made by the San Bernardino DA’s comment that Apple ‘must assist’ because the Farook phone:

…may contain evidence that can only be found on the seized phone that it was used as a weapon to introduce a lying dormant cyber pathogen that endangers San Bernardino’s infrastructure…

I don’t think I can improve on Jonathan Zdziarski’s comments in the article.

San Bernardino DA says seized iPhone may hold “dormant cyber pathogen” – He says iPhone might be “a weapon” to trigger some nefarious worm of some sort.

Night night. Don’t let the pathogens and unicorns bite.
