Costin Raiu has followed up on his article from last summer on attacks against Uyghur activists. (The Uyghurs are a Turkic ethnic group living in Eastern and Central Asia, and mostly living in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, part of China, though there are also smaller populations in Kazakhstan andKyrgyzstan.)
He reports (at length) that Kaspersky and AlienVault Labs have monitored a series of targeted attacks against Uyghur supporters, most notably against the World Uyghur Congress (WUC).
The Kaspersky and AlienVault articles are both highly recommended.
